The situation was, I double park my car at as usual(so damn limited parking space at my condo) when reaching home at around 4am after the new year countdown. Just like the Suzuki Vitara in the pictucre (P01) shown below, heading the same direction. I supposed the stupidest son-of -a-dut hit my car while he was reversing his car.

So, the first new year resolution of mine, find out the son-of-a-dut who hit my car!! Sigh........you should at least leave your contact number before you leave ma....
In conclusion, here some tips of necessary thing we must do when we really have to double park for long hour, and of course the standard procedure.
1. To position your car, free gear (Neutralize the gear as in shifting to "N"), free the handbrake (not to pull the handbrake), and better to slot a little stone at your tyre (front & back) or any kind of blockage to make your car stop steadily. Or say "bye bye" to your lovely second wife/husband.
2. Write down your contact number, so someone able to contact you to move away your car in case any emergency, such as fire, flood & etc.
3. Try to jot down the car number who's parking around you. Left right front & back. It may be useful when there is necessary to make any police report on the damages. The best, snap shot a 360 degree photo surrounding your car using your phone. Perhaps an Iphone, Samsung or Nokia...etc? which one is better? lolx (ooppss, out of topic)
Lastly... the above steps could help us to prevent any unnecessary argument when the incident happen, or to protect ourself from the stupidest son-of-a-dut!!
*Note: I am wondering... how a country can be civilized when the people itself don't even dare to bare the responsibility on clearing their own shit!? Who can I point my finger to? the parents? the schools? or the leader of the country?
I would say:"parents, please be a good example to your child".
Admit and face the fear to bare the responsible will solve your problem. Not to run away!
